OK, Harold and Kumar go to Whitecastle was not as funny as everyone made it out to be. It made me laugh occasionally, but 'the next Cheech and Chong' it wasnt. The best part was when they stole the poser's bronco thing and found the mix-tape. It was funny because everyone knows that everyone knows the words to those songs. Their performance of WIlson Phillip's Hold On was beautiful. I especially enjoyed Kumar's drum solo. I laughed aloud at that part, and basically that part only.
I saw Without a Paddle and laughed aloud several times. I do not think they are the 'next Three Amigos (Chevy Chase, Martin Short and Steve Martin)' nor do I believe them to be the 'next Three Ninjas (Rocky, Colt and Tum-Tum).' It was just a funny movie that made me laugh. The cuddling was the greatest part; when Seth (Dan-O) was getting excited about Flower in the Redwood.
Saw Anchorman a while ago. It was aight.

i laughed a few times at Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle, I actually prefered that over Anchorman . I had a chance to see the new exorcist movie. Average horror movie. SPOILER>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> seriously, the director/filmographer screwed this film up. Unexplained acts of violence, blood, guts and more blood is what they were going for. Like in one scene the director had to make sure you get a close up of the older brother gettting torn apart by jackals while the other brother watched motionless (you also assume hes already possessed and was "invisible to the jackals") which just further confuses people. Also, repeated scenes of a little girl getting shot in the head 7 times MIGHT be a little overdone. Which, is followed by a few more people getting shot in the face. I was dissapointed. Isnt there a way to show violence but don't over do it like some shitty slasher film? I don't know how to word it, maybe "tasteful acts of violence" ? "more prefessional" ? . Its like they tried to use shock value to scare when all it really did was take away from the story. END SPOILER>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> had to vent. Didn't understand why my friends liked it. :{ -stink

I missed a fuckin lot in here. But I would just like to comment that Anchorman made me insanely happy. "I DON'T KNOW WHAT WE'RE YELLING ABOUT!" "I stabbed a man in the heart!" "I saw that, Brick. Now that's first degree murder, so you might want to hide out at an undisclosed location for a while." "GIRLS MENSTRUATION ATTRACTS BEARS!"

Napoleon Dynamite ruins every other movie mentioned here.
All that "next Cheech & Chong" shit was LAUGHABLE. Probably funnier than the movie itself.
Anchorman was good thanks to supporting roles.
Without a Paddle pisses me off because if I was friends with Ashton Kutcher, I'd be in a lame ass movie right now, making sweet coin.

If you If you are going to see Wicker Park becuase the previews led you to believe it would be dark and sexy, allow me to tell you that it is not. Do not be fooled by the multiple sex scenes in the previews. That was just one that they played on a loop to entice people to the movie.
