I know we have lots of doctors up in this place, so I am offering you the chance to diagnose me. Do I have a kidney infection?
I've been having this weird dull ache in my lower left back. It's not in my back though, it feels like it's in one of the organs. I've been shitting pretty regularly, so it's not constipation. Can someone tell me what that is?

It definitely could be a kidney or gall bladder issue - a girl I work with had pain every now and then in her lower back until one day it wouldn't go away and they had to remove her gall bladder (although, now that I am thinking about it, I am not sure what side it was - left or right).
Another possibility is a ovary issue - how low on your back is it? Either that, or maybe there is an alien living inside you - eating its way out.

Well, the only thing I can really think of that it might be, is either a strained internal muscle or kidney problem. You can rule out a UTI because you are peeing fine.
Gallbladder/Liver is on the right side as cheese said and it also in the FRONT and you would have abdominal pain same with appendicitis (left side). So you can rule that out those two as well.
It definitely sound like a kidney problem. That is only one sign of an infection/stones. Keep an eye out for sharper pain, blood in your urine, burning, fever, or fatigue.
For now, drink LOTS AND LOTS of cranberry juice and if you must, get the cranberry pills, but it is most effective in a juice form. Get that checked out by a REAL doctor id the symptoms persist.
