Cheese listed most of mine, the bitch. Others: Suburbian: Giovanni Rabisi is my favorite actor and fucking funny. Gone in 60 Seconds: Has Giovanni Rabisi and Nicholas Cage, my second favorite actor. Matchstick Men: Nicholas Cage. Recently saw it. Best line: Have you ever been dragged to the sidewalk and beaten until you PISSED BLOOD?!Pirates of the Caribbean: Kicks total ass. I'm actually watching it right now from the computer. I know, I rock. I have pirates on mine too but I'm not here to show your faults. I want to see Matchstick Men but none of my friends will let me rent it... the JERKS! I also own Gone In 60 Seconds. I really like Nicolas Cage. Especially ConAir. Office Space. Boiler Room... i just watched Bad Boys II last night. That is a very ghetto movie. Black people have a funny, sick way of showing affection. Parts of it was funny... but eh. I remember liking the first one a lot more.

In the past few days I've watched an unexplainable amount of movies where the guy and the girl end up together in the end.
It's making me very emotional. I don't like it.

I am not a chick flicky type of girl. I do enjoy an occasional Princess Bride or a good Dirty Dancing...but that is the extent of it.
Just recently I watched Love Actually and it made me cry. Cry in the sense of 'that is so sweet'? NAY...Cryed because it made me think that that will never be me. Someone chasing me and going to the extent of being humiliated for me.
THAT, my friends, is why I do not like to watch chick flicks. It proves to me that I am a worthless peice of shit.

People, and relationships are not like that in reality. This new movie I keep seeing previews for: "The Notebook"...UGH. I want to slit my wrists everytime I see it!

Good ones are ok, cheesy ones make me want to puke. Give me action anytime! (or comedy)

I just rented Adaptation from the library. For free. The library here rocks.
In general, I do not like Nic Cage. IMO, he tries to be hard core when he has a naturally dorky demeanor.
I mean, the guy looks goonish. He needs to be restricted to characters like he played in Raising Arizona.
To summarize: library rocks, Nic Cage is a dweeb, Raising Arizona kicked ass.

for me, Waiting for Guffman is the best Christopher Guest movie, better than Best in Show: "I hate you and your ASS FACE!" and Eugene Levy as the cross-eyed dentist? and Flirting with Disaster...underrated Ben Stiller. "No sir, I do not believe I am a bitch boy!" "Oh I'm neurotic guy? That's my designation?" "You are not good B&B people!" "That's because we hate B&Bs!" other favorites: 21 Grams Traffic the Sweet Hereafter Amores Perros Happiness Boogie Nights - 2 words - John C. Reilly. yeah baby....Brock Landers, Chest Rockwell. I also really love this older movie called Walking and Talking cuz I love Catherine Keener and Liev Schrieber. if anyone knows this movie and can vouch for it, I will buy you a sundae. Also, Neil LaBute makes some awesomely fucked up movies. 2 that come to mind are In the Company of Men and the Shape of Things. I thought Mystic River was incredibly overrated.

I think the Matrix was so very vastly overrated...
"Which pill are you going to take? Don't mind my overbearing black ass sitting here threateningly..."
"The Matrix has you"
What the fuck is that? What exactly is 'The Matrix'... and how does it have me? I think you are some random ass online messing with me, I will not take what you say seriously.
"That thing is real?!"
No dickhead, it is not.
Then, the best part...: Neil should be dead... and he comes back to life!!!
Fuck that, I refuse to watch a movie where the writers have no rules with which to play by. Fuck that, and fuck them.

I'm sure you mean Neo, Nick. I like the whole philosophy of the movie. I couldn't give a shit about 'The One' business...I just like the philosophy of the movie.

I agreeth you, Macha, the philosophy was the best part. When the 2nd and 3rd movies came out (the third movie sucked ass by the way) people were complaining about it having too much philosophy and not enough action. Ignorant uneducated bastards.

The "philosophy" of the Matrix had enough juice to last for one movie. The other two were gay. Movies two and three both had penises and were sexual partners.
And I must correct a Christopher Guest quote. It's: "I hate you, and I hate your ass face!"
ALL TIME GREATEST LINES IN WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER:
"You could say we're all taking a ride on the spaceship Earth."
"Really? When can we say that?"
"Any time. Dinner. Virtually any time."
CLOSE SECOND:
"Will you come to the camp and teach the kids about space?"
"Oh, no. I don't think so."
"C'mon. Please?"
"I SAID NO!!"

Oh, one last thing. Has anyone seen the documentary film Crumb, about comic book writer Robert Crumb?
It's terrifically tragic.

I'm sure you mean Neo, Nick. I meant what I said. You obviously knew who I was talking about, so I got my point across. I never bothered to actually know his name. I hear 'N__' and assumed it was Neil.

I can't remember if we talked about this movie already here or on DC board (or maybe not at all), BUT I love this movie, about as much as Love and Sex!! (maybe that's the movie we talked about - anywho) LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! (By the way, I like Chocolate Chip ice cream, with hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry)! Friday, I went to see Dodgeball - pretty good for a few laughs. And also rented Euro Trip (HA!!) The writers included a commentary option where they created a drinking game to go along with movie - excellent!
