I obviously voted for "who cares..." but I will say that the old ads probably received a restraining order for being so stalkerish and fickle. The ads would change and adapt to the different posts and the words in them. Nondylan typed about his girlfriend, and then there was an ad for Aimee Mann. Thanks for trying to meet my needs, ads, but you've been replaced.

I kind of liked being freaked out by it though....it was such great irony. Here I am posting how much wigs freak me out, and the web advertising is taunting me with ads for wig shops, like almost daring me to click on it. which I did, then ran and hid under my bed.
i also liked when I would come on and the first thing I'd see at the top of the thread were the ads, cuz the topic one time was "my house is so ghetto" and at the top were ads for hip-hop CDs. fuckin classic. that Internet spider thing is such an idiot.
