I got directed to the fuckers website today from a friend's site and I came across the Tourgasm...
Dane is doing some type of tour at colleges and you have to send in an application for him to perform there...
here are some of the terms and conditions...
DANE COOK INFORMATION
- School will receive 10 free tickets for the campus programming group
- 50% of the venue will be sold at half price to students, and the other
50% will be available to the general public for full price
- School is not responsible for: Hotel, Travel, Artist Fee, or Agent Fee
- Artist has the option of staying for a full meet & greet with fans for
photograph and autograph opportunities
- Merchandise will be on sale for all show attendees
SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must provide theater or gymnasium style venue with a
capacity between 1,500-4,000.
2. Must provide a professional adaptive lights/sound
system with capable crew.
3. Must provide stage crew, security, ticket takers, ushers,
and any other necessary personnel.
4. Must provide a lockable dressing room for Artist.
5. Must provide ticket printing/box office services for ticket
sales.
6. Must provide advertising (at least 2 ads in school
newspaper or similar).
7. Must allow access for camera crew to videotape the
performance.
8. We reserve the right to set the ticket prices. 100% of
ticket proceeds goes to artist.
9. Must provide a merchandising area, including a table
and chairs. 100% of proceeds goes to artist.
10. Show must be open to the public.
Wow. The school gets nada? Oh wait...10 free tickets. That will help the pain and suffering for all of the people they have to hire to meet this fuckers needs.
