I don't see any bread... dont tell me you're on Atkins! Bread?! Aside from the bacon and the cheese theres no solid food whatsoever. You need to get some iron. I suggest:

I enjoy documenting my consumption. Allow me to do so again. Thank you
5 16.9 oz bottles of water 12 oz. coffee (half-caff) 5 slices/sticks?/pieces? of bacon 16 cubes of cheese (8 medium cheddar, 8 mozzarella) 3 T whipped cream 1 12 oz. can Diet Coke 4 skittles (all grape)
I will most likely consume another 12 oz. of half-caff this evening. Who can say? Only time.
Has anyone ever had Cincinnati Chili?

Julie, do you ever eat full meals? 2Short is right, it seems like not a very well-balanced diet.

I ate a full breakfast of five slices of bacon. That is a lot for breakfast! I see food as a hinderance. I dont like that I have to rely on something else to sustain life. You'd be amazed at what little you need to survive. I am in good health. Alot of people are gluttonous, which is why The US is a fatty boom batty. I have the occasional 16 oz. steak and veggies, but that up thurr is basically my day-to-day meal plan. I eat nuts, too. Just not lately.

Bacon is not healthy. Neither is whipped cream. You need fruits and veggies.
