Music. It infiltrates our everyday lives. Brings back memories in just a couple of notes. Brings out emotions we didn't even know were there, and takes us to another place. I've had songs completely change how I feel about a situation. Yes, the world would be a sad place without it. I am waxing poetic, but you know I'm right ya'll.
What music are you into? Do you play/ write music? What are you listening to right now? Who thinks Britney is a whore? Just what do you shake your ass to? Random thoughts from me:
Now, kiss my ass, but I think Joss Stone's voice is sexy.
I love to sing but when faced with karaoke, dig a hole and stick my head in the ground like an ostrich.
I have no clue what compound music is, Macha.
I agree with Warren about Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here." My brother can play that song on his guitar and it reminds me of my aunt who passed away.
Censored..."I can feel it coming in the air tonight. Oh long. Oh loooong." <---is that what he's saying? Or am I an ass? Don't answer that.

You are an ass. He says, "Oh, Lord." Oh, long? What the hell would that mean? I'm right about everything.
Ironically, I'm listening to Phil's "Don't Lose My Number." Holy hell in a handbasket, how does this man not explode from excessive badassment?
Right now, I'm downloading my CD's onto my computer and then onto my brand new Dell Digital Jukebox. It's the Dell version of the iPod, except less gay. It's less gay because I own it. If I had an iPod, Dell DJs would be gay. We straight?
Today's been a good music day, which is the case for most days off from work. Here's what I've listened to in just this one night:
The Byrds - The Notorious Byrd Brothers Rick Nelson - Legacy (disc 3) Neil Young - Decade (disc 1) Air - Talkie Walkie Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Beatles - White Album (disc 2) Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here Phil Collins - No Jacket Required Van Morrison - Moondance Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - Carry On (disc 2)
This has all been tonight, and I'm still going.
I hate music.

Don't fret sunshine, it is nothing worth researching. Think: trance meets booty music meets industrial/goth...then they all fall head first into a ditch.
Straight off the playlist mofo's.
Tom Petty - Breakdown Tom Petty - Running down a dream ZZ Top - Sharp dressed man Ratt - Round and Round Slaughter - Shout it out Candlebox - He calls home Black Eyed Peas f/ Papa Roach - Anxiety Garth Brooks - Papa loved Mama Black Crowes - She talks to angels Bette Midler - The Rose
P.S. Britney is a whore and so is XTina...but XTina has a buttload of talent and doesn't sound like a 12 year old chickenhead. Nuff Said.

If I could have inserted a happy weeping face, I would. HOT DAMN, I wish I had referenced Ratt's "Round and Round." Black Crowes - She talks to angels Black Crowes tear shit down. Chris Robinson needs to give me his wife. You lost me on this one. You're lucky you had Ratt earlier.

I need to be stopped at all costs. I'm on a music buying/renting tear.
Purchased as local Walmart: Van Morrison - Tupelo Honey George Harrison - All Things Must Pass Hall & Oates - The Very Best Bob Marley & The Wailers - Legend
Rented from Decatur Public Library: Beatles - Abby Road The Byrds - Sweetheart of the Rodeo Bob Dylan - John Wesley Harding Van Morrison - Astral Weeks Jimi Hendrix Experience - Are You Experienced?
I'm swimming in a euphoric state of melodies and half notes. Somebody give me a handy.
