Those were some cool pictures. Oh course you guys can post your favorite art. Id just like to see what yall have done. But feel free to post favorite pieces.
Pink Pants: not only do I love your hair..har har..but that artwork above your fireplace is fucking sweet. I love shit like that. Where at first glance it just looks modern, but then when you look closer you can see different images. Very nice.
I will definitely add some shit. Give me a lil time and I post some shit! Deal?

Kronos devouring his son. Goya. What I don't get is how this guy can be slipped a rock in exchange for baby Zeus and not even fucking know it. Kronos was a dumbass.

I don't know what it is about Van Gogh but most of his paintings (beautiful as they may be) look to me look like a high school art project.
I am a sucker for straight lines, and there are not too many I have noticed.

I didnt mean for it to turn into a Van Gogh competition...here, let me add a little flavor to it: This picture was in LIFE magazine and was taken by Eisenstaedt. The sailor didnt know that woman, but he just got back and was so excited, so he kissed her. I loved it. I bought it. It is in my attic. Shame.

I like war photography...in particular Vietnam War stuff... I guess you could say i like shockingly real war and documentary-style photos. always to the soundtrack of that "Mad World" song from the end of Donnie Darko. and then I slit my wrists.

Over here around Christmas time it is a huge deal for an artist to have the #1 song... the Christmas #1 is a really big deal..... This year the FUCKING CHRISTMAS SONG was mad world by gary jules. It IS a great song but not exactly the world's most celebratory.

No, not at all...although somewhat fitting given what is going on in the world at the moment, don't you think? Indeed. But I prefer to ignore problems and bury them deep down inside until they explode in a horrific rage. I don't want gary jules pointing out the downfall of our society ;D
