Now, I know most of you aren't as close to NY as I was growing up, but what is your favorite play on/off broadway? Mine is Rent WHICH I just happened to miss in Atlanta because of my crummy roommate.

I enjoy A Chorus Line a great deal! Which, ironically, I just so happened to catch whilst in Atlanta.

Little Shop of Horrors in coming in February. I just about creamed my pants when I saw that.
My roommate scoffed at me. Why the angst? I have no idea.

I love you, I love this thread, I love life. I am pissing my pants over this one. I adore Broadway and would eat it with two pens if I could. Out of the ones I've seen, I'm going to have to go with Phantom. The special effects and music were amazing. Fit to be sexed, if I may say so.

I really want to see Fiddler On The Roof and Chicago. But alas, I haven't seen any real plays in the theater. Poor me.

The best plat that I ever saw was Shakespeare's Henry VI. I got goosebumps when he said, "Cry 'havoc,' and let slip the dogs of war."

I saw Rent front row center, biaaaaaatches.
It was aight. I think the music could have been better. I was expecting more of a Tommy, good writing sort of thing.
Instead I got One Song Glory, a song about not being able to write a good song.
How fitting.

I really would like to see Rent. I miss it every time.
I've seen Miss Saigon twice, the second time hoping it would get less cheesy. It didn't.
my parents made me see the Scarlet Pimpernel with them a few years back, and despite the amusing title, it was the worst thing I have ever seen.
Guys and Dolls rocked my shit.
I LOVE dance. I danced for 14 years, so I'd love to see some more shows. I've been to the Nutcracker several times, but I'd like to see some more modern stuff.
you know what else rocked? The King and I. LOVE Lou Diamond Phillips. He and Benjamin Bratt are capable of playing any ethnicity.
